Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese (8 oz. each)
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
1 pkg. crescent rolls for crust

Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese sit out to soften. Beat all ingredients together until smooth.

Use a 9" x 13" pan. Either grease lightly with butter, or just spray with Pam, so cheesecake has no calories!

Take crescent rolls out of can and lay both strips in bottom of pan. Start working dough to fill bottom and sides of pan. Spread to almost 3/4 way up on the sides, being careful the corners don't get too thick.

Pour mixture into shell, even it out, and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Bake at 350º for approximately 45 minutes. Check after 20 minutes to make sure crust isn't getting done too fast. If so, turn the heat down a bit.
