"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lb. boneless chuck roast
15 oz. bottle Heinz ketchup
1 med. chopped onion
2-3 chopped celery
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp. yellow or brown mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large, deep pan with foil, or use one with very good Teflon. The pan should be at least a 13 x 9. Pre-heat oven to 350.

Chop beef into rough 3-inch cubes and place in pan. Evenly distribute all other ingredients over beef. Cover with foil. Place in oven and leave alone for about an hour.

Remove from oven, remove foil, and pull beef apart with two forks, shredding it. Place foil back on pan and place back in oven. The longer you cook it, the more tender the meat will get, and the onion and celery will disappear.

Serve on hearty, crusty rolls. Excellent with Mom's Potato Salad as a side dish.
