1 c brown sugar
1 c shortening
2 eggs
4 T milk
2 c flour
1 tsp (scant) soda
1/2 t salt
1/4 nutmeg
1 tsp (heaping) cinnamon
2 c oatmeal
1 c raisins
1 c nuts
few drops vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order as listed. Form into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 º.
