1 lb. bulk pork sausage
3 c. bisquick
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Chili sauce, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients except chili sauce. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Place in pan. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve with warm chili sauce.
