1 cup butter, softened,
1 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar,
1/2 cup sugar,
2 eggs,
2 Tbsp. milk,
2 tsp. vanilla,
1 3/4 cup flour,
1 tsp baking soda,
1/2 tsp. salt,
2 1/2 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked,
12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips,

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Add combined flour baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips; mix well. Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 min. Cool 1 min on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
BAR COOKIES; press dough onto bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 min.
