1-2 lbs pork loins/chops/ small roast
2 med onions chopped
2 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp
2 tbsp grated orange peel
1 c orange juice
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut pork into a stir fry strip and flour in corn starch
2. Brown pork and onions in oil (I use olive oil)
3. Add grated orange peel, orange juice.
4. Simmer and let it thicken. If it gets too thick add a small amount of orange juice.
5. Before serving add sour cream and heat through.
6. Serve over your favorite pasta
