1 T. butter
3/4 C. slivered almonds - blanched
1 lb spinach or 1/2 spinach - 1/2 romaine
3/4 C. dried cranberries
2 t. minced onions
2 T toasted sesame seeds
1/4 t paprika
1 T poppy seeds

1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil

In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Toast almonds lightly - cool
Combine spinach, romaine with almonds and cranberries.

In medium bowl, whisk together poppy seeds, sugar, onion, paprika, vinegars and olive oil. Toss with spinach-remain just before serving
