Salad:
1 to 2 bags Lettuce
1 pkg Fresh Blueberries
1 C drained Mandarin Oranges
1 C sliced Strawberries

Dressing:
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 C Oil
diced Red Onion

Topping:
chopped Pecans
2 T melted Butter
Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lettuce and fruit together in large bowl and set aside. Dressing: You can use more or less sugar, just make the vinegar measurement match and the oil about 1/2. Set aside. In a small pan melt butter and add brown sugar to make a thin paste, stir in chopped pecans and stir all together. Now spread mixture of pecans on a baking sheet and place in a 350º oven for 3 to 7 minutes. Just long enough to let the sugar stick to the pecans. Next toss all ingredients together and top with pecans.
