1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 pkgs. large crescent rolls (6 rolls per pkg)
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. salsa
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven according to crescent roll pkg.
Prepare the ground beef according to the taco seasoning directions. Stir in cheese, sour cream and salsa.
Arrange 6 of the rolls (1 pkg) on a cookie sheet in the shape of a 6-point star, with a hole in the middle. (The rolls will hang off the edge of the cookie sheet until you put it together.) Arrange the other 6 rolls opposite, so the points of the rolls are pointed in the middle of the cookie sheet. Make sure all the rolls are touching or overlapping around the hole in the middle. Spread the meat over the crescent rolls in the shape of a ring. Fold the crescent rolls over the meat , so the meat is basically wrapped in dough. (If the dough overlaps in the middle of the ring, that's fine, just cut it out, so you still have a hole in the ring. The dough in the middle won't cook all the way through because it's too thick.) Bake the ring as long as possible, according to the package directions, but watch it so it doesn't burn the top of the ring.
Top with additional sour cream and salsa, if desired.

If this is too confusing, you can arrange it however works for you. It's just the meat wrapped in the dough, and baked!
