Salad:
1/3 C Celery, diced
2 lg Red Delicious apples, cored but unpeeled and cut into chunks
2/3 C Crushed Pineapple, drained (or fresh pineapple, minced), juice reserved
2 T Raisins

Dressing:
3 T Plain Low-fat Yogurt
2 tsp Mayonnaise (or more yogurt which is what I use)
1 T Pineapple juice
1/8 tsp Cinnamon

In medium bowl, combine the salad ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients, and blend the dressing with the fruit mixture.

This is easy, quick and really good. We love plain yogurt so I usually add more than the recipe suggests.
