1 ½ c flour
¼ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c water
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together until mixture is smooth. Pour dough into spatzele machine over boiling salted water. Cook approximately 2 minutes or until noodles rise to the top of water. Remove from water with slotted spoon and drain with cold water.

Spatzle is best fried in butter when the spatzle has cooled.
