Ingredients:  
1 ½ Cups water
Bowl of what ever fruit you have….rhubarb, strawberries, raspberries
1 ¾ cup sugar

3 tbsp cornstarch diluted with water.

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a slow boil water, fruit and sugar. Approximately 15 minutes.
Turn off heat and add cornstarch liquid to thicken.
Put in bowl and sprinkle a little sugar on top to avoid making a skin.

Serve with vanilla sauce….warm or cold.
