1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli
1 Large jar of Cheeze Whiz
4 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Precook broccoli and rice separately. In large pan, melt butter and saute onions and celery. Add soups and cheese; stir until melted. Fold in broccoli and rice. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes at 350º.
