3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk or sour cream
2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. cheese
2 pkgs. stuffing mix, prepared
bread crumbs or crushed potato chips (optional)

3 c. uncooked rice

Toppings: (you can use any or all of these toppings)
chow mein noodles
pineapple chunks
mandarin orange slices
shredded coconut
sliced almonds
craisins

Directions:
Directions:
Use a non-stick spray on a 13x9 inch pan. Layer cooked chicken on the bottom. Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise and cheese, and pour over chicken. Spread cooked stuffing over that. Sprinkle bread crumbs over stuffing.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

To serve, layer casserole over rice and add toppings on top!
