3 egg whites
Pinch of salt
6 oz sugar
1 tsp. corn starch
1 tsp. Vinegar
½ tsp. Vanilla
Whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Grease brown paper and cut to fit pan. Beat eggs and salt until stiff. Beat 1/2 of sugar into egg whites. Mix rest of sugar and corn starch. Fold into egg white mixture: then add vinegar and vanilla.
Bake on hour at 300 degrees. When done, turn upside down on large dish. Put whipped cream or dream whip on top and garnish with fruit – peach slices, apricots, raspberries etc….
