1 pd Sugar (regular sugar)
1 Pd Hazelnuts (Ground Fine)
Oblatan
Whole Hazelnuts for center garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Drop by spoonful unto Oblatan.
Bake 325º 18 to 20 minutes

Make sure to place a hazelnut in center of cookie before baking.
