Beef roast (any kind will do)
potatoes
baby carrots
onion
1 can French Onion soup
1 can Cr Mushroom Soup
4 beef boillion cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
salt and pepper pot roast
put in large roasting pan
put both soups into pan
add water so it comes to 2/3 up side of roast
put 4 beef boillion cubes in water soup mix
cover with aluminum foil tightly
cook for 2 hours
Unfoil roast and add the following:
Cut up potatoes into large pieces
1 whole package of baby carrots (small pkg)
1 onion cut into rings
Put potatoes and carrots all around roast into juice
lay the onion on top of roast and other vegetable
Add water if needed to 2/3 up side of roast
salt and pepper top of all
put foil back on roasting pan tightly
cook another 1 1/2 hour
