1# bulk Sausage (Maybe replaced with diced Ham)
8 Slices of white bread (crust removed)
Softened butter
1 ½ cups shredded Longhorn Cheese (or sharp cheddar)
5 eggs
2 Cups of Half and Half
1 t salt
1 t dry mustard
1 large can of mushrooms (optional)

350º degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes

Cook sausage until crumbly and done, drain and set aside.
Spread each slice of bread with butter and cut in cubes. You can
