Ingredients:  
1 quart strawberries
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
8 inch pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and drain strawberries. Take 1/2 cup and crush. Add sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch to crushed strawberries. Cook until thick and pour over strawberries in pie shell. Cool and top with whipped cream
