1 stick butter or margarine,softened
1(16oz.) box powdered sugar
2 c.(18oz.)jar creamy peanut butter
1 tsp.vanilla
2 c.Rice Krispies

Chocolate coating:

1(12oz.)pkg.chocolate chips(Milk chocolate is best),1 bar of parrafin wax(Gulf Wax is found in the canning section of your grocery store.)

Directions:

Cream together butter,peanut butter,vanilla & powdered sugar.Add Rice Krispies & form into about 1 1/2"-2" balls.Refrigerate or freeze for 20 minutes(I freeze them & then coat them as desired.)

Choc. Coating

Melt wax in a double-boiler or a heavy sauce pan,add chocolate chips & stir til melted.Dip balls into mixture with toothpicks,place on wax paper to cool.If there is leftover chocolate,dip balls a second time.Let harden over night before stacking together.

If peanut butter mixture seems too runny,extra Rice Krispies may be added before forming into balls.
