1 can onion dry soup mix
3 cups boiling water
2 cups cooked sea food (crab,lobster,shrimp)
1 cup cooked tomatoes
2 tbsp. finely shredded carrot
2 tbsp. chopped celery with leaves
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. each olive oil and lemon juice
1 small bay leaf
¼ tsp leaf thyme, crushed
Generous dash sage
4 to 6 slices french bread

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, stir soup mix into water. Add remaining ingredients except for bread. Loosely cover simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. To serve, place a slice of bread in each bowl, ladle soup into bowls.
