4# round steak, cut into 1" cubes
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. burgundy or red wine
1 (13 oz.) can mushroom slices or pieces, drained
1 (1 oz.) pkt. dried onion soup mix
6 c. cooked noodles, rice or mashed potatoes

Preheat oven to 250.

Combine meat, soups, wine, mushrooms and soup mix in a Dutch oven. Cover and cook 4 hours, or until the beef is very tender. Serve over cooked egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
