1-2 Packages Coleslaw Mix or make your own with
shreeded cabbage (Green & Purple) shredded Carrots and minced green onions
1 Large Granny Smith apples diced
1 small can crushed pineapple drained
1/3 cup chopped toasted macadamia nuts (toast in the oven 350 degrees for 5 minutes)
Cole Slaw salad dressing or our favorite is
reduced fat Vadilia Onion Dressing.
Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Quantities can be adjusted to the number of people being served.

4-6 people 1 pkg mix & 1 apple
6-10 2 pkgs mix and 2 apples
10 or more 3 pkgs and 3 apples 2 cans pineapple
