4 tilapia fillets
salt and pepper

Vinaigrette:
¼ c. olive oil
¼ c. vinegar
2 T. honey
1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease baking dish large enough to hold fillets in a single layer. Season fillets with salt and pepper. In a mixing bowl, whisk ingredients for vinaigrette until well blended. Pour vinaigrette over the fillets, coating evenly. Bake for 2 minutes or until fish is fully cooked.
