1 (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. red wine vinegar
1-1/2 T. cornstarch
4 T. vegetable oil
1 # sirloin tip steak
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, cut in wedges
1/2 medium red pepper, cut in think strips

Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Combine juice, soy, vinegar and cornstarch; set aside. Thinly slice beef-cut into 1-1/2" strips. Heat 2 T. oil in uncovered wok over high heat for 2 minutes. Add meat; stir fry 3-5 minutes or til browned. Remove beef & juices. Heat remaining oil, add vegetables; stir fry 2-3 minutes. Add juice mixture, stir til thickened. Stir in pineapple chunks & meat. Cover, cook 2 minutes. Serve with hot rice.
