6 oz. cooked spaghetti or linguine
2 T. butter
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1# ground beef or ground beef & sausage
c. onion, chopped
c. green pepper, chopped
1 8 oz. can tomatoes cut up
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried crushed oregano
tsp. garlic salt
1 c. ricotta cheese
c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Stir butter into hot cooked spaghetti. Add parmesan cheese and eggs. Put in greased 10 pie plate to form a crust. Spread ricotta cheese over the crust. Cook ground beef/sausage, onion, green pepper til veggies are tender and meat is browned. Drain off fat, stir in undrained tomatoes, paste, garlic salt, sugar and oregano and pour this over the ricotta cheese. Cover with foil and chill 2-4 hours and bake 350 50-60 minutes. Uncover, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Return to bake for about 5 minutes.
