5# pot roast (sirloin tip)
3 T. oil
5 large onions, sliced
2 green peppers
4 cloves garlic
1 can beef bouillon
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large pan (Dutch oven) and brown meat (salt and peppered for 10 minutes. Take roast out and then sauté the onions, peppers and garlic on low heat. Add the meat, along with the bouillon and simmer for 4-5 hours. (Add water as needed) Your fork will come out easily when it's done. Put all the juice in the blender and blend and that is your gravy. (Don't put in blender hot - COOL IT FIRST - it will explode - I've done it before and made a mess)
