1 quart warm water
3 pkgs. Yeast
¼ c. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. salt
6-8 c. flour

Directions:
This makes several pizzas. I cut in half for 2-3. Can make crust thick or thin. I oil pan then put cornmeal on it.

Let dough raise or rest for one hour. Then refrigerate and use the next day or spread and use.

Put crust on prepared pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on crust. Spread pizza sauce (we prefer Contadina brand). Sprinkle with grated mozzarella, put on toppings, then little more cheese, and sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 400-450 15-20 minutes.
