1-1/2# Stew meat
1 c. chunked carrots
1 c. chunked celery
1 large onion
1 or 2 potatoes cut up

Directions:

Combine following and pour over vegetables and meat.
1 can beef consommé
1 small can tomato sauce
6 T. tapioca
Seasonings (salt/pepper/garlic, whatever)

Can put in crock pot and cook all day, or in the oven on 275 - 300 for several hours.
