2# ground pork
2 cans shrimp
2 large cans bean sprouts
2 heads cabbage, shredded
soy sauce
2 pkgs. egg rolls wraps

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground pork, drain. Add shrimp, bean sprouts and cabbage. Cook cabbage til tender. Add soy sauce. Put in wraps (Wet edges, fill, wrap up). Deep fry til golden brown. Serve with hot mustard and sweet and sour sauce. Serve.

Dipping Sauce: 1/3 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce, 1/3 c. rice vinegar, 1 T. honey, 1-2 tsp. sesame oil, pinch of red pepper flakes.
