4 c. herbed stuffing mix
1 8-1/2 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2-1/2 - 3 # broiler-fryer - cut up
1/4 c. cooking oil
1-1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 T. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 T. soy sauce

Directions:

Combine stuffing, undrained pineapple and 1/4 c. water. Put into 9 x 13 baking dish. In paper bag combine flour, salt and paprika, and a dash of pepper. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time; shake to coat. In skillet, brown chicken in hot oil. Place atop stuffing. Cover with foil. Bake 375 for 1 hour.

Simmer celery, onion, green pepper in 1/2 c. water for 10 minutes; drain. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Spoon over chicken. Makes 6 servings.
