1# ground beef
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes or 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
¾ tsp. Salt and ¼ tsp. Pepper
1-1/2 c. uncooked bow tie pasta
2 T. sliced fresh basil
3 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Brown beef and garlic, drain and stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Meanwhile cook pasta; drain, toss with beef mixture and basil and sprinkle with cheese.
