1/2# tenderloin (sliced very thin)
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (4 oz.)
2 c. pea pods (2-6 oz. pkgs.)
2 T. peanut oil
1 tsp. salt

Marinate for beef:
1 T. red wine
2 T. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate beef for 5 minutes. Heat oil. Add beef and marinate, sauté over high heat/add pea pods and mushrooms. Cook stirring constantly til thickened. Serve over rice. Real good!
