1 c. catsup
1 c. water
2-3 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
3-4# meaty spareribs, cut into pieces.

Directions:
Directions:
For sauce, in small saucepan, combine catsup, water, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, celery seed, salt, and hot pepper sauce. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Cook spareribs on the grill, brush sauce onto both sides of the spareribs.
