1/2 gal. heavy cream
1 T. minced garlic
3 T. olive oil
2 T. flour
1-2 tsp. chicken base
Directions:
Directions:
Saute 1 T. olive oil with garlic and chicken base and heavy cream, bring to low boil. Mix together until smooth remaining oil with flour, add to cream mixture cook until smooth and thick. Serve over your favorite pasta.
