1 cauliflower, cut into florets
1 thinly sliced onion
1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
3 potatoes, cubed
1/2 tsp. red chili powder
1 tsp. cumin seeds
1/2 tsp. coriander powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. olive oil
3 tomatoes, chopped
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and saute with cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and cook until oil separates from the ingredients. Add potatoes, water and salt and cook for a few minutes until the potatoes are tender. Add the cauliflower and cook for 10 minutes. Lower the heat and simmer for 15 mins. or until the vegetables are tender. Garnish with coriander leaves.
