2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ cup milk
1 stick butter
½ cup peanut butter
3 cup 1 minute quick oats
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter on the stove. Cook until melted. Let the mixture boil for exactly 1 minute then remove from heat. Add peanut butter, oats, and vanilla quickly. Once mixed well, drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool and set up. Can stay out at room temperature or be refrigerated.

These are super yummy to eat, but I have a hard time getting them to set right sometimes. You have to really time yourself when boiling the oatmeal.
