1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
1 envelope taco seasoning
6 flour tortillas
4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, onion and drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chilies, taco seasoning; mix well. Layer 1 tortilla 1 c. meat sauce and 2/3 c cheese on a 10in microwave safe pie plate. Repeat layers 4 times. Top with remaining tortilla and cheese. Microwave, uncovered, on high 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges. Serve with toppings of your choice.
