3 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
6 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy. Beat in brown sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff and glossy. Fold in vanilla.

Top pie and bake at 400º for 8 to 10 minutes until a delicate brown.
