1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8- 10ct)
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Flatten biscuits into a muffin tin. Brown ground beef and drain. Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, chili powder. Add to ground beef. Put this mixture into the biscuits and top with cheese. Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 375º.
