Skinless chicken breasts – cut into 1-2 inch strips
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Flour
2-3 Eggs – mix with fork
Tortilla chips – crushed finely (can use any flavor of tortilla chips. “Hint of Lime” is really good!)

Directions:
Directions:
Season the chicken strips with the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Coat the chicken strips in the flour and then dip into the egg. Coat the chicken with the tortilla chips, and place onto a greased baking sheet or a non-stick sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until tortilla chips are golden brown and crispy. Serve with honey mustard sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
