12 med. potatoes
1 8oz pkg cream cheese,softened
1 8 oz carton sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, cook, and drain potatoes. Mash potatoes the usual way without much milk. Stir in the cream cheese and sour cream until melted. Put into a 9x13" pan or casserole dish. Can put in the freezer or in the refrigerator until needed.

These potatoes are very yummy. I like the fact that you can make these ahead of time and warm them up when you are ready to serve them. Also, you don't have to worry about the potatoes at the last minute.
