2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
1/2 C Hot Pepper Peach Preserves
1/2 C shredded cheddar or Jack cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion

Directions:
Cream together well and chill for about 1 hour. Keep chilled until ready to use. Can be made up to 48 hours ahead. Serve with crackers or on bagels. This recipe is originally from Cathy Pleasant.
