29 oz. tomato sauce
1 C brown sugar
1/4 C vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
10 ginger snaps ground fine
1 tsp. instant minced onion

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 eggs
5 slices bread soaked in water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all marinade ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for ten minutes. Mix all meatball ingredients, form into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Cover with marinade and serve as appetizer or side dish.
