5 or 6 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 small onion, sliced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 . sour cream
4 T. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cover cucumbers and onions with salt water. Let stand for 1 to 2 hours. Drain well. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and sugar. Pour over cucumbers. Salt and pepper to taste.
