2 packages lemon jello
2 c. hot water
1 pint sour cream (can be lite)
1 can apricots (lite syrup)
1 c. mandarin oranges (small can)
Large Jello mold
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in the 2 c. hot water. Add the sour cream and apricots. Blend in blender. Line jello mold with the mandarin oranges and then pour blended mixture into mold. Refrigerate until set.
