1 double boiler pan
2 egg whites
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
5 tbs. water
1 square of semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In the top of a double boiler (A heavy sauce pan may be used over low heat) add all ingredients and beat with a rotary beater or hand mixer to blend the mixture. Place the top pan of the double boiler over the bottom pan with boiling water in it. Place heavy sauce pan on the stove and gradually heat the mixture, continually stirring. Cook for 7 minutes. Remove from the heat and add 1 square of melted chocolate.
