4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. Oil
Cake:
2 c. Flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Frosting:

8 oz cream cheese at room temp
6 T butter
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 T milk (if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients in 2 separate bowls. After the wet ingredients are well incorporated add dry ingredients in 2 or 3 patches, mixing after each batch. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan for thick cake or 10x15 pan for thinner cake or bars. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. When cool frost with cream cheese frosting.

Frosting:
Mix ingredients together until a smooth spreading consistency. Add milk if needed to spread easier.

When we lived in Arizona this was served at a ward party and soon after the whole stake had the recipe! We all gave it to all our friends because it is so good!
