1 1/2 cups ground chocolate wafer
5 tbs. butter melted
FOR THE FILLING
4 8oz creme cheese--room temp.
3 tbs. flour--sift

Directions:
PREPARE CRUST: Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Place mixture into a 10" spring form cake pan. With fingers press crumbs to side and bottom of the pan. Refrigerate to cool. PREPARE FILLING: beat cream cheese in a mixer bowl for 5 minutes and add sugar gradually and continue beating mixture until it is light and fluffy. Sift flour and gradually add to cream cheese mixture. Add eggs one at a time, mix on low speed after each addition. Add sour cream, melted chocolate and grand mariner. Mix well after each addition. Pour batter into the crust. Preheat oven at 300º and bake the cake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cake is done when edges are firm and the center still wiggles when shaken. Remove cake from the oven when done. Run a sharp knife around the cakes edge and pan when it's still warm. This will aid in removing the cake rim. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
