3 c. flour
1-1/2 c. shortening
2 t. salt

Mix together and add:

1 egg beaten
5 T. water
1 T. vinegar

Makes several crusts. Can keep in fridge or freeze.

This was the crust recipe my Mom always made; and the only recipe I've ever used for a crust - except when I cheat and use Pillsbury.
